The present invention relates to a test rig for the evaluation of military canisters against low boiling chemical warfare (CW) agents at different relative humidity and concentrations of toxicant. The test rig of present invention is leak proof and is associated with decontamination facility, which nullifies the toxicity of the used chemical warfare agent before leaving it to the atmosphere.
