The present Invention relates to certain Derivatives of the pirimidinil and piridinil replaced formula (IA) that are modulators of Metabolism. Accordingly, the compounds of the present Invention are useful in the treatment of disorders related to Metabolism and the complications, such as Diabetes and obesity.
