The arrangement has bladder system resources present on an edge of a workplace and air bladders, so that ambient air is prevented from outside of the workplace. A blowing unit (9) and a measuring unit (11) are provided on an edge of the workplace, where the measuring unit measures the air flow. A control unit (13) is associated with instruments and blowing agents. A control unit is provided for controlling bladder units when the data is provided from the instruments. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for removing dust (2) am method for removing a dust.
