Method of Portland clinker production where the cement raw material mixture such as limestone, ferrous ingredient and clays are grinded together to such fineness that the residue on sieve 009 is maximum of 25 % by weight and separately the crystalline blast-furnace slag is grinded to the same fineness as the cement raw materials do and grinded mixture of cement raw materials proceeds to the high-capacity mixer where it is blended with grinded crystalline blast-furnace slag in amount up to 35 % by weight of grinded crystalline blast-furnace slag until the homogenous mixture is obtained and subsequently the homogenous feedstock powder proceeds through the homogenization silo and storage silo into the heat exchangers system, in which this feedstock powder is pre-heated and the most finest portions of the feedstock powder - dusts are separated, which have the same chemical composition as the feedstock material proceeding to the rotary kiln for Portland clinker production whereas the amount of the grinded crystalline blast-furnace slag depends on the overall MgO content in the feedstock powder.
