METHOD FOR MAKING OF APPROACH TO THE LYMPH NODES OF SUPRAOMOHYOID AREA AT THE OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF PAROTID SALIVARY GLAND CANCER

摘要

A method for approach to the lymph nodes of supraomohyoid area at the operative treatment of parotid salivary gland cancer comprises making of cuts at the front and behind of an auricle. The cut is continued along a back edge of nodding muscles to the level of its crossing with the intermediate tendon of omohyoid muscle and farther along the superior belly of omohyoid muscle to the attachment level of opposite sides digastric to the lower jaw.
