METHOD FOR SELECTING SURGICAL TACTICS IN TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH BLEEDING GASTRIC ULCERS COMBINED WITH DYSPLASIA OF MUCOSA IN PERIULCEROUS AREA

A method for selecting the surgical tactics in the treatment of the patients with the bleeding gastric ulcers combined with the dysplasia of the mucosa in periulcerous area has been proposed. Intraoperatively, after gastrotomy, the periulcerous area is treated with the gauze swab soaked with 1% methylene blue to the distance covering 2-3 cm from the edge of the ulcerous crater. The biopsy is taken from the most colored areas of the gastric epithelium.
