A method for correcting micro landscape of the large bowel in the patients with the viral hepatitis A with mild and moderately severe course of the disease provides for the use of lactulose in the case of the mild course of the disease (10-15 mL 3 times a day for 3 weeks) and Altan in the case of the moderately severe course of the disease (10 mg 3 times a day for 3 weeks) together with lactulose.
