The balsam cream producing method involves utilizing 72.53 percent of oily Vaseline, 7.10 percent of anhydrous lanolin, 7.09 percent of zinc oxide, 3.55 percent of bismuth subnitrate, 3.55 percent of kaolin, 2.84 percent of talc and 2.84 percent of rice starch. The vaseline and lanolin are heated to 65 degree celsius, and homogenization is carried out followed by cooling to 45 degree celsius. Triclosan (0.3 percent) is added during homogenization and then the remaining ingredients are added. Blossom perfume (0.2 percent) is added finally and the contents are packed with airtight sealing.
