The pipes (2,3) having strategically placed stations (11) with electric pressure pumps (12) including pressure valves (13) are spaced at specific intervals. An adjustable passage (14) is used to distribute water from one side to other side, and electrovalves (15) are used for intake and discharge of water conveyed in pipes from river basin with excess water to the waster required basins. The wastes from desalination plants are conveyed to salt beds through conduits. Different conduits are used for distribution of water to different purposes. An independent claim is included for equipment for distribution and reuse of water.
