Compound of formula I or a salt or prodrug thereof, (See formula) in which: Y and Z are considered together with the two carbon atoms involved to form a ring selected from phenyl and thienyl, whose ring is substituted in the C (8) position with at least the substituent -C = CR, where R is H, Si (CH3) 3, t-butyl, isopropyl, methyl or cyclopropyl; R2 is a cyclic or heterocyclic ring of 5 or 6 links substituted or unsubstituted at least partially unsaturated, in which if the substituent is substituted it is one or more of F, Cl, Br or NO2 in the 2 '' position; and R10 is (See formula) in which n is from 0 to 4, (See formula) in which n is 1 or 2, in which (See formula) Y '' and Z '' are considered together with the two carbon atoms that intervene to form a ring selected from phenyl and thienyl, whose ring is substituted at the C (8) '' position with at least the substituent -C = CR, where R '' H, Si (CH3) 3, t-butyl, isopropyl, methyl or cyclopropyl; R5 is a halogenated or non-halogenated C1 to C4 straight or branched chain alkyl or a methylcyclopropyl; R6 is a C1 to C4 branched or straight chain alkyl or a methyl cyclopropyl; R1 '' is one of H, CH3, CF3, CH2CF3, CH2CH3 or cyclopropyl; R2 '' is a cyclic or heterocyclic ring of 5 or 6 links substituted or unsubstituted at least partially unsaturated, in which if the substituent is substituted it is one or more of F, Cl, Br or NO2 in position 2 '' ; and wherein when R10 is C-CO2-R5, R1 is one of H, CH3, CF3, CH2CF3, CH2CH3, CH2C = CH, an alkyl or cyclopropyl; but, R1 is one of H, CH3, CF3, CH2CH3, CH2CF3 or cyclopropyl; and in which (See formula) when R10 is, (See formula) B is O or NH and in which -BCH2B- is optionally substituted with -N (R7) -N (R7), in which R7 is one of between H, CH3, alkyl or cycloalkyl; and when R 10 is (See formula) B is O, NH or -N (R 7) -N (R 7) -, wherein R 7 is one of H, CH 3, alkyl or cycloalkyl.
