The invention relates to a system for evaluating quality of life related to a person's (11) health using health data from a health questionnaire entered by the person into a computing system (12 13) which encrypts said health data. The evaluation system includes: means for obtaining the encrypted health data, means for decrypting the health data obtained, means for generating at least one parameter associated with the health questionnaire using the decrypted health data, means for adapting the generated health parameter according to the person's age and sex in accordance with the population norms associated with the health questionnaire, and means for determining quality of life related to the person's health using the adapted parameter.
