A METHOD FOR UTILIZING MOTHER LIQUOR OF SYNTHESIZING MOLECULAR SIEVE OF SILICOALUMINUM PHOSPHATE

A method for utilizing mother liquor of synthesizing molecular sieve of silicoaluminum phosphate is provided. Said method comprises of following steps: recovering the mother liquor obtained by filtration after being crystallized as a part of raw material for synthesizing same type molecular sieves, and supplementing corresponding raw materials in a certain proportion to prepare mixture of the initial gel for synthesizing molecular sieve. By this method, the unreacted components in the mother liquor of synthesizing molecular sieve can be recycled and reused. Therefore, the yield of the molecular sieve can be improved, on the other hand, the time for crystallizing can be shorten due to the presence of microcrystal in the mother liquor, and the synthesizing cost of the molecular sieve is reduced.
