A method and a device for implementing group transmitting of message are provided, which belong to the communication field. The method includes: an information containing multiple reception-party user messages is made and sent by the terminal device firstly, the display attribute parameter information of the reception-party user information is set, in which the display attribute parameter indicates the display policy for displaying other reception-party user information on various reception-party users; according to the display attribute information, the network side modifies and sends the reception-party user information of the received message in terms of the transmission-party user's request. The transmission-party user may set other reception party information displayed on any reception-party user, according to its request.
