A product modification order plan making system for shipping deadline compliance system is constituted in a production line (100) including a complete inspection station (44) and a repair station (46) for repairing a product on the premise of system for managing compliance of product shipping deadline. The product modification order plan making system comprises defective product information input means (S531) for inputting information on a defective product, priority order determining means (S533, S534, S535) for determining the order of the repair of the defective product or the order of the step of repairing the product under a predetermined condition, and repair information output means (S538) for outputting the determined order of the repair. With this, the repair of a product at the repair step is carried out in the determined priority order according to a plan, the work priority order of a product to be repaired is planed in consideration of the shipping state of a product such as a car to be repaired and the production state of the department where repair work is carried out, and the shipping deadline is strictly complied.
