A method of producing a white light LED lamp and the LED lamp obtained by using such producing method are provided. The white LED lamp includes: a cup (1); a blue chip (2) mounted within the cup (1) and having the light-emitting wavelength within the range of 430-480nm, and a green phosphor layer(3) and a red phosphor layer(4) coated on the blue chip(2) respectively.
