Of the two magnetic holes (2) and (3) for inserting two permanent magnets (6) and (7) for one pole along a V-letter, within the range of radial polar pitch lines (OP) arranged at a predetermined polar angle (ϑ) in a rotor core (11), one magnetic hole (2) is deviated in a direction apart from the center line (OC) of the polar pitch lines (OP), but the other is deviated in a direction toward the center line (OC) of the polar pitch lines (OP).
