A method of forming a micro pattern by an guide master and a print master, and a micro pattern article formed by the same are provided to obtain an accurate and detailed print by inserting a protruded portion of the print master into a through-hole pattern of the guide master, so that a coating material is printed on a surface of a base in order to form the micro pattern. A guide master(2) including excessive through-hole patterns is positioned on the base. After spraying a coating material(5) on a protruded portion(3) of a print master(4) corresponding to the through-hole patterns, the protruded portion of the print master is inserted into the through-hole patterns so as to print the coating material on the surface of the base, thereby completing the micro pattern.
