A method for managing a membership contract related to a member shop in the Internet and a shopping mall agency system thereof are provided to enable members to contribute to PR(Public Relation)/sales of the member shop by various channel activities, enable the members to communicate and interchange information/know-how with each other, and obtain various profits such as discount when the member buys goods at the member shop. A user is registered as a general or membership member by connecting to a cooperated site and an online member shop. A member shop owner determines that the connected user is the general or membership member(306,307). If a user login ID is the general member, general member information is provided through a general shopping mall window and an exclusive window(315). If the user login ID is the membership member, membership member information is provided to through a membership member window and a shopping mall management window(310). If the user requests data search in the membership member management window and the shopping mall management window, the user is allowed to search information stored in a database and the membership information of the shopping mall by automatically logging in to the intranet of the selected shopping mall.
