INJECTABLE PHOTO-CROSSLINKED HYDROGELS, BIODEGRADABLE IMPLANT AND DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM USING THE SAME, AND THE PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

An injectable photo-crosslinked hydrogel, a biodegradable implant and a drug delivery system using the same, and a preparation method thereof are provided to form hydrogels safely on an injected part. A biodegradable implant using an injectable photo-crosslinked hydrogel includes the steps of: obtaining a polymer solution by dissolving biodegradable medical polymer and a photo-crosslinker in a solvent; injecting the polymer solution into a syringe; initiating photo-crosslinking by irradiating light to the polymer solution; and injecting the polymer solution into mammal except a human being with a syringe before the elastic strain becomes 20Pa or more. An effective amount of active components are additionally included in the polymer solution.
