An equipment for discharging sludge in a settling pond is provided to discharge the entire sludge from the hopper by dispersing an entire sludge that has been transferred from a settling pond and accumulated all over a hopper, thereby solving a sticking problem of the sludge. An equipment for discharging sludge in a settling pond comprises: at least one sludge impact(10) in which a plurality of impact bars are continuously connected to one another by means of hinges, and which is installed in a hopper; and a drive means for driving the sludge impact and turning the impact bars of the impact to bore and disperse sludge accumulated on the hopper. The drive means includes a drive motor(21), and a connecting member(23) connected to the drive motor and the sludge impact and lifted or lowered by a bidirectional rotary power of the drive motor to turn the sludge impact. The equipment further comprises at least one sludge induction member(30) installed on the connecting member in a predetermined distance and folded during lifting of a wire to push the sludge toward a discharge port.
