A human network management system through a mobile communication network, a human network management server, and a method thereof are provided to enable a separate server to manage a mobile communication service subscriber's origination history and reception history, so as to induce the subscriber to attempt origination according to origination or reception frequency during a designated period, thus systematic and exact interpersonal relationship management can be conducted. If origination is attempted from a terminal(30) or reception is executed in the terminal(30), a human network management server(10) receives origination or reception information from a mobile communication network(20) to count origination or reception frequency according to each reception or origination number. If a designated period elapses, the server(10) generates an origination/reception history message including maximum and/or minimum reception numbers or maximum and/or minimum origination numbers in reference to the counted results, and sends the generated message to the network(20). The terminal(30) receives and displays the message.
