A DISPLAYING METHOD OF A CUSTOMER SCREEN AND AN ITEMIZED ACCOUNT IN ATM DUE TO HAPPENING ERRORS

A method for displaying a customer screen and an itemized account in an ATM(Automated Teller Machine) according to error occurrence is provided to enable a customer to check whether an incorrect banking transaction occurs by outputting the latest transaction date and balance information to the customer screen or the itemized account from the ATM. It is checked whether error occurs in an ATM(S510). Error information and partial transaction account information are displayed on a customer screen of a display unit, and a standby screen representing a temporary stop state of the ATM is output after a predetermined time when the occurred error is an internal error(S546). The error information and the partial transaction account information are displayed on the customer screen when the occurred error is related to a password(S560). The error information and transaction account information are displayed on the customer screen when the occurred error is not related to the internal error and the password(S550). The ATM outputs an itemized account when the customer selects output of the itemized account on the customer screen(S570).
