A method, an apparatus and a program for adjusting an eccentricity of a lens optical system are provided to estimate a moving amount of a lens to be moved by using previous adjustment data and a previous moving amount for the optical system. An adjustable lens moving portion(12) supports and moves an adjustable lens on a lens surface. A camera(40) pictures a lens evaluation chart(14) using a lens optical system. A performance value calculator obtains a performance value of the lens optical system from an image of the lens evaluation chart. A neural network(84) receives the performance value from an input layer and studies a manufacturing error of respective optical elements, an assembly error for the optical elements, and an estimated implementation position of the adjustable lens. A first moving amount calculator receives the performance value from the neural network and obtains a first moving amount of the adjustable lens. A controller(15) controls the adjustable lens moving portion according to the first moving amount.
