A motor-operated control valve and a motor-operated actuator are provided to prevent an excessive torque from being applied to a valve main body when a direct-operation valve is entirely closed. A motor-operated control valve includes a motor-operated actuator(1) and a valve main body(2). The motor-operated actuator includes support plates(5a,5b), an electric motor(3), an output shaft(4), a limit switch(13), an arm(10), and a gear unit. The support plates are accommodated in a casing. The electric motor is disposed on the support plate. The output shaft is installed to pass through the support plates to be rotated. The limit switch is turned on/off by the arm. The gear unit transmits torque of the electric motor to the output shaft.
