Chamaecyparis obtusa tea containing phytoncide and its preparation method are provided to enable consumers to conveniently have the Chamaecyparis obtusa tea without side effects or toxicity. Chamaecyparis obtusa tea containing phytoncide is prepared by the steps of: (i) cutting washed Chamaecyparis obtusa leaves in 10~15mm; (ii) steaming the cut Chamaecyparis obtusa leaves at 200~350°C for 3~5min; (iii) firstly drying the steamed Chamaecyparis obtusa leaves at 30~40°C for 1~2hr, and then secondly lyophilizing them; and (iv) packing the lyophilized Chamaecyparis obtusa leaves in teabags having water-permeable pores.
