A method for culturing human hair follicle component cells is provided to make it easy to perform an ex vivo test regarding new drugs and toxic materials and use the cultured cells as a cell supplying source for gene therapy and clinical treatment such as cell transplantation. A method for preparing bioartificial skin is provided to manufacture the bioartificial corium or skin for testing and transplanting from the cultured hair follicle component cells and apply bioartificial dermal papilla to develop a therapeutic agent of baldhead. A method for culturing human outer root sheath cells comprises a step of treating hair follicle tissue isolated from human scalp with an enzyme such as dispase and trypsin to obtain outer root sheath single cells and then culturing the outer root sheath single cells. A method for culturing hair papilla cells comprises the steps of: (a) cutting hair bulbs of the hair follicle; (b) after removing pilomatrix filling up with the inside of the hair follicle using an injection needle, isolating the hair papilla cells; and (c) adhering the isolated hair papilla cells to the bottom of a culture container and adding a culture medium thereto to induce single cells of hair papilla cells to grow. A method for culturing lower dermal sheath cells comprises the steps of: (a) overturning the hair follicle tissue after isolating the hair papilla cells therefrom at the step(b) of the hair papilla cells culturing method; and (b) adhering the hair follicle tissue to the bottom of a culture container and adding a culture medium thereto to induce single cells of the lower dermal sheath cells. A method for culturing human melanocytes comprises a step of treating the hair follicle tissue with an enzyme to obtain single cells of melanin and culturing the obtained cells in a TPA(12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate) containing culture medium. A method for culturing pilomatrix cells comprises the steps of: (a) treating the pilomatrix cells removed by the injection needle with trypsin; and (b) adding a culture medium thereto to culture. A method for preparing a bioartificial corium comprises a step of mixing the cultured hair papilla cells or the culture lower dermal sheath cells with a collagen gel solution and then inoculating a mixture into an insert to gelate and culture it.
