A data transmission method for considering the number of multicast subscriber terminals, a BS(Base Station) and a terminal for wireless communication therefore, and a wireless communication system including the BS and the terminal are provided to transmit data by using the number of terminal devices for receiving multicast services, thereby performing optimal transmission which considers user state in case of data transmission. The first user priority of a data frame is determined(S200). The number of terminals for receiving the data frame is perceived from a group table(S210). The second user priority is calculated(S220). An AC(Access Category) of the data frame is set according to the first user priority(S230). The data frame is transmitted to a transmission queue corresponding to the determined AC(S240). It is decided whether collision occurs between ACs(S250). If so, priorities of data frames are compared by using the second user priority(S260). A data frame having a high second user priority is transmitted(S270).
