A YARN FOR TEXTILE MANUFACTURE KOREAN CLOTHES FABRIC AND WEAVING METHOD OF KOREAN CLOTHES FABRIC

A yarn for manufacturing Korean clothes fabric and a weaving method of the Korean clothes fabric are provided to have the properties of the rayon yarn and polyester twisted yarn with the excellent luster and sense of touch and the strong property of matter. A rayon yarn(110) of 75 to 150 denier and a polyester twisted yarn(120) of 10 to 30 denier are mixed with each other by 200TM to 900TM. The polyester twisted yarn is equipped as a nylon yarn of 10 to 30 denier. The mixed yarns are located at the positions of weft and warp and then weaved in order to weave the Korean clothes fabric. The polyester twisted yarn is manufactured by melting and then spinning polyethylene terephthalate. The spun yarn is stretched in order to enhance the degree of crystallization and then wound to a bobbin so that a filament is obtained. The intermediate product before the stretching in order to enhance the degree of crystallization is called by POY(Partially Oriented Yarn).
