A METHOD FOR RAISE OF SUGAR CONTENT OF OUTDOOR MANDARIN

An agricultural method for increasing the sugar content of mandarin oranges grown outdoors is provided to prevent mandarin orange from being damaged by cold weather and ultraviolet light until the winter passes. An agricultural method for increasing the sugar content of mandarin oranges grown outdoors uses a frame that comprises: a plastic covering which is perforated with plural holes and has a yellow color; horizontal and vertical frames(12b,12a), each of which supports the plastic covering and has an adjustable length; a support frame(13) which supports the vertical frame; and fixing members which fix the plastic covering to the horizontal and vertical frames. Each of the horizontal and vertical frames is formed into legs(15) which are connected to each other through a joining member(16). In addition, clips(17) are respectively fixed to the intersecting points between the horizontal and vertical frames and to the joining points between the support frame and both ends of the vertical frame.
