A stress measurement method for concrete structures according to the displacement measurement due to stress-relief is provided to precisely measure the displacement due to perforation by measuring a distance between measuring discs. A stress measurement method for concrete structures according to the displacement measurement due to stress-relief comprises a disc attaching step(S1) of equally attaching plural measuring discs to the front surface of a concrete testing piece; an attaching displacement measuring step(S2) of measuring a distance between measuring points of the measuring discs; a penetrating step(S3) of penetrating the concrete testing piece to obtain a core by using a core drill; a penetrating displacement measuring step(S4) of measuring the displacement measuring distance of the measuring discs; a displacement comparing step(S5) of determining the largest measured displacement of a deviation value of the displacement measuring distance and the distance between measuring points as the representative displacement; an elastic coefficient measuring step(S6) of testing an elastic coefficient by using the core; a displacement calculating step(S7) of calculating the analyzing displacement when unit stress is applied; and a stress calculating step(S8) of calculating the stress by dividing the actual displacement from the displacement comparing step(S5) by the analyzing displacement.
