A fiber-reinforced lightweight aggregate-containing aerated concrete is provided to be producible without an autoclave curing step, and to show excellent characteristics such as compressive strength and bending strength. A fiber-reinforced lightweight aggregate-containing aerated concrete contains 10-20wt% of water, 35-45wt% of cement, 20-30wt% of fine aggregate, 15-25wt% of coarse aggregate, 0.1-1wt% of reinforced fiber, 0.1-0.2wt% of a superplasticizer, and 0.001-0.008wt% of an air-entraining agent. The fine aggregate and coarse aggregate are lightweight aggregate made of expanded shale. The aerated concrete satisfies a density of 1010-1180 kgf/m^3 and a compressive strength of 6.44-10.79 MPa after curing the concrete for 28 days. Further, the reinforced fiber is polypropylene fiber or hook typed steel fiber.
