A method for inducing embryogenic tissue in Japanese red pine(Pinus densiflora) and rigitaeda pine F1(Pinus rigida X P. taeda F1) is provided to examine development steps of zygotic embryos, and identify interrelation between development steps of zygotic embryos and immature seeds. A method for inducing embryogenic tissue in Japanese red pine(Pinus densiflora) and rigitaeda pine F1(Pinus rigida X P. taeda F1) comprises the steps of: judging the development steps of zygotic embryos according to collection period of immature seeds by removing seed skin of immature seeds, fixing and dehydrating the skin-removed seeds, penetrating historesin into the tissue, cutting the immature seeds, and staining the segments of immature seeds with toluidine blue; and after confirming collection period and development step of zygotic embryos, inducing embryogenic tissue.
