An unmanned information inquiry device for providing infant information by linking with an RFID management server for monitoring the infant and a method thereof are provided to make an RFID management server compare inputted user information with RFID tag information of an infant desired by the user, and capture a video of the infant by controlling a camera installed in an infant management facility if the inputted user information is matched with the RFID tag information of the infant. An unmanned information inquiry device for providing infant information by linking with an RFID management server for monitoring the infant comprises a user information inputting unit(210), a user information transmitting unit(220), an infant information receiving unit(230) and a display unit(240). The user information inputting unit(210) enables a user to input user information. The user information transmitting unit(220) transmits the inputted user information to an RFID management server over a set communication network. The infant information receiving unit(230) receives infant information from a module installed in an infant management facility according to a signal generated when the RFID management server determines that the inputted user information is matched with the RFID tag information read by an RFID reader. The display unit(240) displays the infant information.
