PURPOSE: A grouting method for a deep well filled by injecting grouting materials downward is provided to simplify works on injecting grouting materials. CONSTITUTION: The grouting method for a deep well filled by injecting grouting materials downward comprises the steps of: covering the lower end of a pipe by descending a closed pipe together with a pipe; expanding upper, lower expansion tubes by setting a hose adaptor device, then covering the upper and lower spaces of the hose adaptor device; injecting grouting materials downward through a grouting injection tube connected to the upper end of the pipe and circulating/discharging grouting materials through an underwater discharge-circulation hose to fill up a grouting section with grouting materials; and drawing the hose adaptor device to the outside, then curing the grouting materials.
