A fault allowance method of predictive hybrid redundancy using an exponential smoothing method is provided to cope with faults actively by predicting a threshold by the exponential smoothing method and detecting the fault by the predictive threshold. A fault allowance method of predictive hybrid redundancy using an exponential smoothing method comprises the steps of: predicting a threshold for detecting a fault, in a threshold predicating unit by using an exponential smoothing method; judging whether an input signal is reliable or not in a fault detecting unit, on the basis of the threshold calculated in the threshold predicating unit; generating an output value according to the increase and decrease tendency of an input value in an exception processing unit, if the fault detecting unit determines that all input values are unreliable; controlling a switch for determining the pass state of the input value according to the fault detection result of the fault detecting unit, in a reconstitution unit; and deciding a final output value by correcting the value passing through the reconstitution unit, in an output calculation unit.
