The present invention is the Ti-Ni -based alloy cold worked and annealed by heat treatment under a constant temperature gradient produced , that is proportional to the ease of control of Ti-Ni based alloy tilt function , so -treated Ti-Ni -based alloy is represented by a continuous function slope change shape in response to temperature changes at the same time having a shape memory effect and superelasticity effect gradient function occurs .
