A system and a method for selling condominiums, and a device and a recording medium for the same are provided to offer a client terminal a webpage indicating a name of a condominium guestroom with the name of a celebrity when the client terminal is connected to the webpage for renting the guestroom. A selling application receiving/processing part(110) checks whether an applicant included in selling application information received from a user terminal(135) is the celebrity, and receives, processes, and transfers the selling application information if the applicant is the celebrity. A condominium guestroom selling information processor(115) changes the name of the distributed guestroom into the name including the name of the celebrity if the guestroom is distributed to the celebrity. A rental information webpage manager(120) generates the webpage representing the name of the guestroom with the changed name, and stores the webpage to a database. A rental information provider(125) provides the webpage including the name including the name of the celebrity to the client terminal connected to request rental.
