A no-vibration rock cutting system using fluid pressure is provided to prevent the breakdown of an inner tube and to assemble strongly and quickly and to cut out bedrock with no vibration by expanding many inner tubes with high fluid pressure. A no-vibration rock cutting system using fluid pressure is used for cutting out bedrock by inserting one or more elements inserted into a perforated hole and generating expansive pressure by fluid pressure in the perforated hole. The element used for the no-vibration rock cutting system includes a fluid supply pipe(110) composed of a main pipeline(111) penetrated in a longitudinal direction and many branch pipelines(113) connected to the main pipeline and penetrated toward the outside diameter, an inner tube(130) formed to cover the outer diameter side of the fluid supply pipe as a whole, an outer tube(170) formed to cover the outer diameter side of the inner tube, and a fixture(150) installed to support two ends of the inner tube and to form a closed space, wherein the inner tube is made of an elastic material and expanded by the pressure of fluids transferred from the fluid supply pipe to the main pipeline and the branch pipelines, and expands the outer tube covered on the inner tube to prevent the inner tube from making direct contact with bedrock and to prevent the lowering of durability, and to transfer the fluid pressure to bedrock and to cut out the bedrock. The fixture includes plural connectors(151) coupled with the fluid supply pipe at the inside diameter side and provided with geometrical shapes of first and second contact surfaces to make two ends of a tube adhere closely at two or more sides, a first fixing unit inserted to the outside diameter side at two ends of the fluid supply pipe to generate adhesive strength to the first contact surface of the connector and to connect the outer tube to the inside diameter side, and a second fixing unit(153) coupled to the outside diameter side of the first fixing unit to generate adhesive strength to the second contact surface of the connector and supported with a positioning nut(180) coupled to the outside diameter side of the connector.
