METHOD FOR MAKING SPHERICAL PELLET IMPROVED POWDER FLUENCY AND STORAGE QUALITY WITHOUT EXTENDER FROM GINSENG CONCENTRATES

A method for preparing ginseng-concentrate pills is provided to enable one to conveniently take the useful ingredients of ginseng. A method for preparing ginseng concentrate pills comprises the steps of: (i) concentrating a ginseng extract or diluting the concentrate for the solid content to be 10~50% to make a ginseng concentrate for spraying; and (ii) spraying the ginseng concentrate in a bottom-spray method under fluidized-bed conditions of a suction-air temperature of 80~150‹C, a spray-air pressure of 0.5~5.0bar, a feeding-pipe temperature of 20~80‹C, a feeding velocity of 5~5000g/min, etc., followed by making ginseng-concentrate pills in various sizes through a repetitive fluidization.
