The present invention is attached to the re- opening of the scale thermal power generation and boiler superheater tube inner surface (green) after dissolved by using a chemical cleaning agent , reheater and superheater tube remaining particulate scale or air blowing operation that the foreign materials such as iron flowing in the boiler construction to discharge to the atmosphere within 5 seconds using a high pressure air on the inner surface without being dissolved to provide a system .
