A tibial impactor is provided to achieve a function of arrangement and guidance by installing a guide bar vertically which allows to secure a horizontal position of an artificial tibial base plate along a mechanical axis of a tibia in one side of the tibial impactor itself when fastening the artificial tibial base plate into a broken tibia after applying a bone cement on the latter. A tibial impactor(100) includes: a main body(110); a grip part(120), extended from the upper surface of the main body in an upward direction; an impacted part(130), arranged on an upper end of the grip part as one body with the latter; a pressurizing part(140), arranged in a lower end of the main body as one body with the latter; an artificial tibial base plate(12); and a guide bar(170), adjusting a horizontal position of the artificial tibial base plate; wherein the main body, the grip part and the impacted part are made out of a metallic or aluminum material so as to maintain the stiffness when impacted, and the pressurizing part is made out of synthetic resin and has the same shape as the artificial tibial base plate so as to prevent the surface of the latter from being damaged.
