A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DIAPHRAGM OF BONE CONDUCTION SPEAKER

A method for manufacturing a diaphragm of a bone conduction speaker is provided to increase a sound pressure level by minimizing pressure applied to a joint part by performing sequentially punching processes. A center hole punching process is performed to form a center hole(21) on a metal plate(100) by punching the metal plate(S30). A diaphragm(20) is formed on the metal plate. A coil frame or a mastoid is inserted into the center hole. A cutting part(22) punching process is performed to punch symmetrically a pair of cutting parts at both sides of the center hole(S40). A cutting process is performed to cut the metal plate along an edge(S50). The diaphragm is formed at the edge. The cutting parts are inserted into the diaphragm.
