A statistical data managing system and method using mirrored packets for performing realtime monitoring and performance change analysis on a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) network by dividing, extracting, and managing the realtime statistical data and change data of the mirrored packets are provided to process the present condition of the VoIP network in realtime and store past data to analyze a change of performance. A statistical data managing system(300) of mirrored packets for realtime monitoring and performance change analysis comprises a realtime statistical DB(Database)(310), a statistics generating unit(320), a change data DB(330), and a change data generating unit(340). The realtime statistical DB includes statistical tables including the property value combination of packets, a generation time, and the number of packets for each property value combination of the packets. The statistics generating unit is operated in realtime to calculate a statistical value, the number of packets by unit time, when the property value combination of packet information has a specific value, referring to a packet information table, and to store the calculated statistical value in the statistical table corresponding to the property value combination of the packets. The change data DB includes change data profile information and a change data table. In the change data profile information, profiles are stored. The profiles are defined to extract a change value made by a user periodically referring to the statistical table. The change data table includes profile identifiers, generation times, and change values.
