PAINT BOOTH PURIFYING PAINT DUST WITH AIR CURTAIN

A paint booth having an air curtain for disposing of paint dust is provided to cut off the air containing paint dust from being discharged to the outside by inclining the blowing direction of a blowing unit toward the inside of a work room from a vertical direction at 5~15°. A paint booth having an air curtain for disposing of paint dust is composed of: a work room(10) providing work space, wherein one side of the work room is opened to communicate with the outside; a purifying room(20) installed at one side of the work room to provide the space for purifying the air containing paint dust generated from the work room, and equipped with an exhaust blower(40) discharging the air remaining in the space; an absorption compartment(30) connecting the work room and the purifying room and containing absorbing water(50) for absorbing the paint dust; a blowing unit(60) disposed at the upper part of the opened side of the work room to form an air curtain, wherein the blowing direction of the blowing unit is inclined toward the inside of the work room at 5~15° in order to cut off the air containing the paint dust from flowing out; and a precipitated matter discharge unit comprising a transfer screw, a transfer plate, a driving motor, and a sludge discharge port. The transfer screw is disposed in a longitudinal direction in the absorption compartment. The transfer plate is combined with the transfer screw and moved in a longitudinal direction according to the rotation of the transfer screw to deliver precipitated matter of the paint dust. The driving motor supplies rotating power to the transfer screw. The precipitated matter discharge port is disposed at the end of the transfer screw to discharge the precipitated matter.
