A system for checking processing results obtained by changing subscriber information in a mobile broadcast service using an OTA(Over The Air) mobile communication network is provided to allow a client center to quickly and accurately cope with inquiries of subscribers regarding a change in subscriber information procedure or regarding opening and releasing in a mobile broadcast service. An MS(Mobile Station) server(30) maintains a subscriber information change processing result table of a recipient terminal(50), allows a BIS(Business Information Service) server(10) to directly access thereto and search the subscriber information change processing result table. A BIS client(15) is connected to the subscriber information change processing result table of the MS server connected with the BIS server via the BIS server, and checks the subscriber information change processing result of a certain subscriber. The subscriber information change processing results include processing results of one or more a new subscription, service release, temporary stop, temporary stop release and a service change of the reception terminal. A CAS(Conditional Access System)(20) creates a smart card number and a CAS message, which includes any changes concerned with the card number, and transmits the created card number and CAS message to the MS sever, a mobile communication network sever(40) and the recipient terminal.
