A method for manufacturing bio-oil using a meso porous catalyzer is provided to improve stability and calorific value of the bio-oil by reducing oxygen contents in the bio-oil using a meso porous zeolite catalyzer. A method for manufacturing bio-oil includes the steps of: preparing vapor phase pyrolysis product by pyrolyzing biomass; passing the vapor phase pyrolysis product through a meso porous zeolite catalyzer layer with 1-30nm of pore size in a zeolite frame, which is manufactured by the steps including preparing a nano-particular precursor solution by reacting zeolite with a basic or an acidic solution, mixing the precursor solution with a self assembling inducer, adjusting pH of the mixture, and synthesizing and processing a meso-porous substance by a hydrothermal reaction; and condensing and generating the vapor phase pyrolysis product to liquid phase pyrolysis product.
