A connection block for precast beams, a manufacturing method of the prestressed precast beams using the connection block, and a method of joining columns to the prestressed precast beams with the connection block are provided to joint the precast beams to the column with ease. A connection block(120) for precast beams comprises an H-beam(10), a first connection plate(121) and a second connection plate(122). The first connection plate is welded to one side of the H-beam and provided with a plurality of holes(124) for connection with the precast beams. The second connection plate is welded to the other side of the H-beam and provided with a plurality of holes(123) for connection with reinforced concrete columns.
