A tailing sediment core sampler is provided to determine a sectional area of a sediment by continuously collecting tailing sediment core samplers to a required depth of the ground without disturbance of sediment. A tailing sediment core sampler(100) includes a cylindrical out tube(10), a cylindrical inner tube(30), a cylindrical sample tube(40), a bit(20), a sampler head(50), a rod coupling(60), and at least one rod(70). The bit is formed at a cylindrical front end. The bit excavates the ground. The cylindrical inner tube is inserted into the cylindrical out tube in such a manner that the cylindrical inner tube is separated from the cylindrical out tube. The sample tube is inserted into the cylindrical inner tube to store tailing sediment. The sampler head opens/closes a rear opening of the cylindrical inner tube. The rod is coupled to the rod coupling.
