A construction method of concrete structure protecting material is provided to prevent corrosion and deterioration of the concrete structure. A construction method of concrete structure protecting material comprises following steps: a step for grinding the surface of concrete structure(C); a step for cutting the concrete structure to certain shape; a step for washing the surface of the concrete structure; a step for filling adhesive at the cut portion of the concrete structure; A step for inserting and installing a specific sectioned sheet, wing portion and concrete structure protecting material(P); a step for filling mortar (M) between the concrete structure protecting material and the concrete structure.
