FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: for clinically healthy and motionless mature male rhesus macaque, pig-tailed or crab-eating macaque successively it is important to introduce 1-10 solid medicinal forms that contain roentgenocontrast substance and with the tested protective covering into the fauces being deeper the tongue's root, then - 2-10 ml water into fauces being deeper the tongue's root to obtain roentgenograms of macaque's gastro-intestinal tract in its front lying position in direct antral projection every 20 min after introducing these solid medicinal forms or prior to the discharge of solid medicinal forms out of large intestine to establish: the absence of optimal target delivery of solid medicinal forms with the tested protective covering at withdrawal of roentgenocontrast substance out of the destructed solid medicinal forms before or after the site of the target delivery or at the absence of the destruction of solid medicinal forms in the stomach; the presence of optimal target delivery of solid medicinal forms with the tested protective covering at the discharge of roentgenocontrast substance out of the destructed solid medicinal forms only in the site of target delivery. The innovation provides informative detection of target delivery of solid medicinal form with protective covering in gastro-intestinal tract based upon in vivo-model being adequate to the behavior of solid medicinal forms in human body.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.;4 ex
